Beginner's Yoga

This Beginner Yoga workshop is for all fitness levels.  If you have always wanted to try yoga or enhance your practice, this course will teach you the foundations and give you tools to practice yoga that fits your lifestyle, fitness goals and needs.  You will learn body awareness, breath techniques and basic poses.  Yoga helps increase strength, flexibility and balance.  Please wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.  Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
