This class is beneficial for all fitness levels. Tai Chi is one of the oldest forms of group exercise. It is a link of unchanging movements that have passed through the centuries of tradition. Qi Gong is a variation of Tai Chi that focuses on stability and balance. Both increases flexibility, improves strength and cardiovascular fitness in a gentle way. Students who attended this class previously can perfect what they have already learned. Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and athletic shoes. Instructor: Utahna Green
