PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - LAW OFFICE
Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm? (hours will vary)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Answer incoming client calls
- Set up and maintain legal and business files
- Organize and scan digital files
- Draft preliminary client letters using a template
- Other general administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office
- Ability and desire to learn new systems
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exercise sound judgment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
- Previous experience in a law firm environment is preferred but not required.
